Day 10 – Can Governments solve the climate crisis?

Two days more to go, and everything seems deadlocked. Listened today to the BBC’s “World Have Your Say” call in show, where the question was “Is climate change too big a problem to solve?” That we are even daring to ask this question is hopeful for me, for it has always seemed clear that it’s going to take more than tools that civilization has so far evolved to respond to the unfolding crisis.
